The Santa Barbara Arts Alliance is a free year round art-based mentoring program designed to address juvenile delinquency, youth-on-youth violence and graffiti vandalism by providing youth ages 14-21 with art-related opportunities to actively engage in community service learning projects that promote civic participation and social responsibility.
