Artist Statement

My name is Julio Moctezuma Mejia. I am a San Marcos High School graduate, now attending Santa Barbara City College. Art Culture to me is more than just an expression of emotion. It is a way to educate/inform/enlighten the people of the world living around me. I am an artist, but more than that, I am a musician. Music means everything to me. If I wasn't a musician, I'd be a dancer. Music is who I am and I wouldn't be anything without it.
